The United States announced the extension of partial exemptions from Section 301 tariffs on China!

      The North Star Solar Photovoltaic Network learned that on May 31 local time, the Office of the United States Trade Representative announced the extension of the exemption period for the Section 301 investigation into China's actions, policies and practices regarding technology transfer, intellectual property rights and innovation. These exemptions were originally set to expire on May 31, 2025, and have now been extended to August 31, 2025.
